Horse Peg Rack Downloadable Scrollsaw Woodcrafting Pattern PDF

Racks or Peg Bars are very popular and excellent projects if you sell your work! We have laid out a sample bar, but it may be longer or wider as you choose. You may also have two horses or other shapes facing each other if you want to more than double the length of the rack. The shape (the horse in this design) and the rack may be cut from a single piece, but we prefer to make each part and assemble with glue.

Duck Peg Rack Downloadable Woodcrafting Pattern PDF

Groupings may also be made without any platform or connection between the pieces. Set these Ducks on a shelf or table as a grouping and they will be quite effective. Place larger more detailed pieces to the front and smaller less detailed pieces toward the rear. You may also cut accessories such as a Cat-o-nine-tail or other plant, simple rock, log, etc. to add to the grouping. Cut these from 3/4 inch stock. Round over edges of larger Duck for a more natural look.

Country Projects Groups of Geese Downloadable Woodcrafting Pattern PDF

The Country-Mini shapes may be grouped together to make larger scenes. Since birds flock together, these Geese are a great subject for groupings. The grouping does not have to be of similar designs, so do not be afraid to try a barn yard scene with Cow, Pig, Chicken, etc. or maybe a childs project with a mix of Gingerbread Men and Teddy bears. The basic scene is created on a base as shown below, but we have decorated things like coat racks with a row of brightly colored shapes and have even made mobiles with these small designs.

Pineapple Napkin Holder Peg Rack Woodcraft Pattern Downloadable PDF

Napkin Stands are very popular and we offer a couple of different ways to make them from our country plaques. We try to make all of our projects into useful items because they sell much better than purely decorative pieces. A good design to use as a table top organizer or coat rack. Use a router or sandpaper to round edges of the Pineapple, but NOT the leaves. The leaves look better if left sharp edged and pointed.
