You will something different in a martin house if you follow this design. Its two stories are laid out in modern style with seven rooms in the first story and six in the second. Wide projections of the base and second story decks provide continuous runways, and there is a perch on the roof for the martin posted on lookout. Provision has been made for opening compartments for an annual cleaning. Complete working drawings on this craft pattern, with required parts in full size, make this a simple project.
