Jim is a life long woodworker and retired baker. With +36 yrs of serving the public, Jim knows what customer service really means. Its a simple rule, treat others as you expect to be treated. Jim has been online since the mid 1990's and started his first web site, WoodchuckCanuck.com, in 1998. WoodworkersWorkshop quickly followed after that. After several years of home handyman services to the local population, Jim now devotes his full time and efforts with helping designers promote their woodworking plans via this online store or through the free plans database. The company became incorporated in 2010 and has 2 full time employees, 1 part time employees and many support staff sprinkled through the world. Jim monitors all of the online sales and typically you'll discover that its him who is answering the phones.
Gina is Jim's wife over +28 years... what patience she has!! :) While a bit camera shy, Gina grew up as a figure skater as both a student and teacher. She spent her time side by side with Jim through all the years of baking, she's typically now found in front of the terminal screen adding and editing information on free woodworking plans and plans that are for sale in the store... or window shopping on line. :)
Jacob is the computer server ninja and wicked-awesome guitar player who hails from Arizona, U.S.A. His full time job is that of a dad and husband. Everything else is secondary as the dear wife would say. :) He works through the day fine tuning servers and web hosting environments. On the weekends he's out in the garden with his wife and children.
