Yard Art Christmas Nativity Woodworking Plans for Projects

This Nativity stable is designed to be a companion project to the Nativity Scene project 19-W2213.

You may cut these out of 1/2 inch thick plywood with our full size pattern, which makes it simple to replicate the pattern to plywood. The Shepherd Boy with Sheep plan is 45 inches tall. The height of the Drummer Boy is 41 inches, sold separately.

The striking three dimensional look of this project is achieved by using layers of 3/4 inch thick pine and 1/4 inch thick plywood. Picture it along side your fireplace, next to your Christmas tree or as a gift to your church!

The bodies are made from 1x4 inch pine planks or fence pickets and are inexpensive and simple to manufacture. Each figure is surrounded by a halo created by three transparent light bulbs.

These groupings are similar to the large projects but are smaller - from 7-1/2 to 23 inches high. Use as a table center piece or for display on a shelf or fireplace mantle using your own tapered candles.
