Most plaques may be made into Book Stands by gluing a plaque to each end of a 1/2 or 3/4 inch thick x 5-1/2 inch wide piece of board. The length may be as small as 6 or 8 inches or as long as 24 inches depending upon where it is going. These are also handy for CDs, Video and DVDs.
Base may be 1/2 or 3/4 inch thick stock. This sample is 4-1/2 x 8-3/4 inches, but it may be longer to accommodate another piece such as a small Cow, cutout of a barn, dowel fence posts, etc. We try to make a small scene rather than just glue the piece to the base. A good size to feature on top of your mailbox.
