Wood and Supplies needed:
We used MDF (medium density fiberboard), perforated hardboard, birch plywood, poplar, laminated MDF, but you can use a wood of your choice. A full materials and supplies list is included with the plan.
Tools needed:
Table saw, drill, clamps, router, and common hand tools.
Organize your tool board so you can find tools quickly. This project includes patterns to make holders for the hand tools shown. Many holders are made with front covers of clear acrylic plastic. Plans show how to cut the plastic, as well as a quick and easy method for polishing the edges.
What a great way to organize small parts! Organize your fasteners, wood plugs, and all those hundreds of other items. Cabinet is made from 1x12 inch pine with a 1/4 inch thick hardboard for the pull out shelves. Each shelf holds a 17 compartment plastic storage box.
These shelves are so adaptable that they can fit into any space. To make dozens of shapes, mix and match 14 inch, 16 inch, and 18 inch squares. Cross lap joints let you to connect the squares to fill the space on your wall or create the shape you want.
