Wood and Supplies needed:
We used birch for our project but you can use a wood of your choice. A full materials and supplies list are included with the plan.
Tools needed:
Table saw, router, clamps, bandsaw, drill and common hand tools.
This pine bench is decorated with heart and wheat cut outs. As an option you could leave that out or pattern your own design. The bench is 36 inches long. The narrow design is ideal for a hall or entryway. The seat is hinged to allow for storage underneath.
The edges of the red and white striped table top have an ever so subtle curve which reflects a flag waving in the wind. Red, white and blue stars and stripes design is easy to paint. Designed to be built from standard size pine boards.
