The 28 series of plans and patterns (plans that start with 28-) are protected by Federal copyright laws. The purchaser of this wood project plan or pattern is granted the right to make the finished wood project(s) for personal use, for gifts or to sell at craft shows, flea markets, etc. Any other use of this plan/pattern not specifically authorized in writing by the designer, such as copying (in whole or in part), making precut kits, mass production or commercial use, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
