Table Lamp Woodworking Plan.
This table lamp uses a three wire socket. This socket allows the use of a standard light bulb on top and controls a small lamp placed inside the wood base. Light form the small lamp shines through the hearts cut out of the base. A handy drawer holds small items. As a companion project you can also make the magazine rack, plan W2064. This woodworking plan provides full size illustrations, exploded view diagrams and instructions to make the projects shown.

The delicate light from the frosted tip bulb reminds us of an age old gas light. Holly leaves are cut out from 1/2 inch thick wood and the berries were made using pre-drilled wood balls attached with dowels. The post is assembled using four strips of 3/4 inch thick lumber.
