This Noahs Ark birdhouse holds wooden animals and Martins too! This ark can accommodate fourteen Martin bird families. Designed with the recommended cavity size, hole size and locations, as well as safety railings. The floors are hinged for easy cleaning.
This Martin bird house is styled after the United States great river boats, we named this one the Nesting Queen. It provides 16 families with regulation size cavities, approved hole sizes, proper ventilation and even has railings to keep fledglings from falling overboard.
Flocks of this tame and inquisitive bird - the black capped chickadee - spend the winter making the rounds at neighbourhood feeders. Make this nesting cavity to attract them to your yard. You can create this dwelling from 3/4 and 1-1/2 inch thick lumber.
This house is designed for small raptors including the American kestrel, northern screech-owl, and the northern saw-whet owl.
These fun birdhouses can be used outdoors as nesting cavities for birds, or they can be made as interior decorations.
The gargoyle in this plan is creatively designed as a birdhouse, opposed to their original intended use as a decorative accent for down spouts and scuppers.
