Make a replica of an old fashioned pump and place it next to your wooden barrel, galvanized basin or yard pond. A hidden submersible recirculating pump keeps water pouring out of the pump and back into the container. This woodworking plan provides full size illustrations and exploded view diagrams.
Water flows from this old fashioned water pump into a bucket or sprinkler can below. A submersible water pump (available at a hardware store) pumps the water upward and out the pump spout. The pump body utilizes a low cost landscape post. Measures 37 inches tall.
