About Meisel closing its doors.

The owners of Meisel Wood Hobby closed down their retail business operations on October 31, 2022. We have been distributing their plans in our online store since 2008. We continue to have a business relationship with them to this day so we will continue to make their plans available to purchase through our online store. 

• We only sell their plans, we do not sell the supplies they featured in their paper catalog. They no longer produce a paper catalog. 
• You can simply type in the old Meisel plan code in our site's search box to find what you are looking for or you can browse all 1,620 of their plans by going to the Brands We Sell page for the Meisel Wood Hobby product line.
• Any contact information on their plans is no longer valid, meaning their address and phone number no longer work.
• For clock parts we recommend you visit Klockit.com*, RonellClock.com* or Rockler.com*.
• For the many other wood parts (dowels, wheels, balls, etc) you can visit CaseysWood.com*, CraftParts.com*, ToysandJoys.com*, Woodcraft.com* or Schlabaugh & Sons*
• Most of the vinyl decals and wiring kits were custom made at Meisel so those are no longer available. The decals you would have to source from someone who can print produce and print vinyl decals. The wiring kits were simple in design, you would have to make up yourself.
